StorageNerds 6 months, 1 week agoFantastic day this past Saturday for our in-field training day. Here is Jon Howard giving us a tour of his amazing climate controlled facility in Ball Ground. He gutted this building and renovated it turnkey as a climate control facility. So amazing! He gave us the step-by-step process on how he did this for the walk thru.

StorageNerds 6 months, 1 week agoWe signed up with StorageReach a few weeks back and within that time frame we have received 59 reviews for 8 facilities. We didn’t sign up all of them bc we wanted to try it out but we will probably sign up for all of them next month. Kale (owner of StorageReach) will be speaking at one of our mastermind coming up soon.

StorageNerds 6 months, 1 week agoAt the infield training day this past week I put all the students to work and had them get a feel for what its like to own a storage facility by hanging up our new banner for our Ms. Lillian’s Self-Storage Ball Ground facility.

StorageNerds 6 months, 1 week agoWe drove all the way up to our Blairsville facility and showed all our infield training day students how we manage this facility and the capex we did. Look at all those parking spaces we have now! And that security and gate system! and the landscaping we did. Students had a real visual of all that needs to be done to manage a storage facility.

StorageNerds 6 months, 1 week agoI couldn’t get rid of these three towards the end of the day and they wanted to see even more facilities so we went #drivingforstorage throughout the North Georgia mountains to find Anthony Pantano three storage facilities and do a walk thru.
